  6. Cut bacon into small pieces.
  7. Cook bacon bites on a large frying pan on small/medium heat for 5 minutes or till they are crispy.
  8. Whisk the eggs on a separate bowl.
  9. Take out the cooked bacon bites and drain half of the grease in the pan.
  10. Use the rest of grease to cook eggs on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  11. Add bacon, rice & garlic mixture and salt to the pan.
  12. Stir fry the rice for 3 minutes or until all ingredients are well mixed together with the rice.
  13. Add pineapple pieces to the pan and stir fry for another minute.
