The ingredients needed to make Dry Chilli Chicken:
- Take Marination
- Use 1/2 kg chicken (stripped cut)
- Use 1 tsp black pepper
- Provide 1/2 tsp salt
- Use 2 Tbs vinegar
- You need 3 tbs soya sauce
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garlic
- Prepare Cooking
- Get 1 small onion (slices)
- Prepare 2 spring onion (finger cut only green part)
- Get 3 slices Ginger
- Use 6-7 Green Chilies (cut thin and straight)
- Get Oil for stir frying
Steps to make Dry Chilli Chicken:
- Cut chicken into finger like cutting and marinate with salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and garlic and keep aside for atleast 1 hour. For good taste marinate overnight
- Prepare onion, spring onion, chilli and ginger. Take pan, pour oil and heat up. Add onion, chilies and ginger.
- Stir fry on high flame, take it out and keep aside. In same pan pour oil, heat it up and add chicken
