  1. First prepare cornflour water mixture for dipping take one bowl add cornflour, water and salt mix it well batter consitency should be not very thick not watery
  2. Heat the oil in kadai dips the paneer cubes in a cornflour mixture then fry the paneer cubes till golden brown
  3. Then remove remaining oil from the pan use same pan for making paneer chilli
  4. Then in same pan add oil add garlic and ginger saute for 10 sec
  5. Then add onion saute till light brown in a high flame after that add green chilli, chopped cabbage, carrot stir fry for 2 min
  6. Then add capsicum stir fry for 30 sec
  7. Then add all sauce and paneer chilli masala,add 1/4 cup water then mix it well
  8. After that add fried paneer, little bit salt as per taste mix it well cook for 30 sec in high flame
  9. Then garnish with chopped spring onion leaves
