  5. Prepare 1/2 cup capsicum

  9. Get 1 tsp Tomato ketchup

  14. Get 1/4 tsp Vinegar
Steps to make Chilli corn:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. After it heats put dried red chilli and bay leaf and saute for some seconds.
  2. Then put the sliced ginger and garlic saute for some time till the smell goes off. Put in the chopped onions and fry till it becomes soft.
  3. Then put in the capsicum, fry untill it becomes soft enough and then pour in the boiled corn. Fry it for some time. Put in the chopped tomatoes.
  4. Pour in the sauces and vinegar. Fry it for some more time till the sauces get mixed well.
  5. Serve it hot with raw onion and tomato pieces.
