The ingredients needed to make Paneer chilli dry:
- Get 400 gms paneer
- Get as needed oil
- Provide 250 gms spring onion
- Provide 2 capsicum
- Get 2 onions
- Use 6-7 green chillies
- Get 1 tsp Finely chopped garlic
- Get 1 tsp Finely chopped ginger
- Take 2 tbsp Maida/All- purpose flour
- Use 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 2 tsp soya sauce
- Provide 2 tsp chilli sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make Paneer chilli dry:
- Cut paneer,capsicum and onion in sqare pieces. Chopped spring onion. Cut and slit green chillies
- In a bowl add maida,turmeric,salt and red chilli powder and make a batter by adding water as shown in above pic
- Now add paneer in batter and fry it
- Now in a pan add some oil and sauté onion,capsicum..remove in plate.
- Now in the same pan add ginger garlic and green chillies and sauté it for few min.
- Now add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and vinegar along with onion and capsicum.
- Lastly add spring onions and give a mix.
- Serve it in plate and enjoy
