  2. You need 4 cups Water
  3. Get 1/4 tsp Salt
  4. Take 1 tbsp Curd

  7. Prepare 1/4 tbsp Corn flour
  8. You need 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper crushed

  12. Take 1 Green chilli
  13. Provide 2 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  14. Prepare 2 Onian chopped
  15. Prepare 2 Capsicum chopped in cube shape (red, green, yellow)
  16. You need 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  17. Take 2 tsp Soya sauce
  18. You need 1 tsp Vinegar
  19. Prepare 2 tsp Tomato sauce 2
  20. Get To taste Chilli sauce 1 t spn
  21. You need 1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper

  23. Prepare 1/4 tbsp Corn flour mixed in 1/4 cup water
Instructions to make Soya Chilli:
  1. Firstly, in a large saucepan get 4 cup water with ½ tsp of salt to a boil.now add 1 cup soya chunks, boil it for 10 minutes. Drain off the water and rinse with cold water.
  2. Now in a large bowl take 1 tbsp curd ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp pepper,1 tsp chilli powder.mix well and prepare a smooth marination paste. Squeeze out water from chunks and add to the marination paste. Add more corn flour if nessesary.
  3. Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry soya chunks till crisp and golden brown.
  4. Firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli on high flame.also, saute 1 tbsp onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.
  5. Further, add cubes capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour.additionally, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and salt.mix well and saute for a minute.
  6. Add corn flour slurry (cornflour mixed in water) give a good mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy.add fried soya chunks.
  7. Mix gently making sure the sauce has coated well uniformly.
  8. Finally transfer soya chilli in serving plate/ bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
