- Soak soya chunks in water for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze water from soya chunks and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry soaked soya chunks till golden in colour.
- Heat oil in a nonstick kadhai and put garlic ginger paste.
- Sauté for a minute and add onion and capsicum cubes.
- Add garam masala and salt and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes, then add fried soya chunks.
- Cook for 2 minutes and add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
- Mix all well and cook on high flame till it becomes dry.
- Knead a soft dough from wheat flour, salt and oil with adding water.
- Make lemon size balls and roll out chapatis.
- Cook chapatis on tawa from both sides with 1 tsp oil.
- Mix chat masala in sliced onion and keep aside.
- Apply tomato ketchup on fried chapatis and keep soya chilli on it.
- Put some chat masala mixed onion slices and roll it with help of aluminium foil.
