- Use 3 tsp. Maida
- You need to taste Salt
- Provide 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Provide 100 Soya chunks
- Take 1 tsp Soya sauce
- Get 1 tsp chilli sauce
- Take 2 chopped onion
- Take 2 chopped capsicum
- You need Aa needed Oil for frying
- Use 1 cup water
- Use 1-2 drops Red colour
Instructions to make Soya chilli:
- Take a pan and add oil to it and heat the oil and add the Soya chunks and fry it
- Take a bowl and add water and Soya chunks in it,take a bowl and put maida in it,add salt,red chilli powder,water,red colour in it add soaked Soya chunks to it
- Then put oil in a pan and heat it and add all vegetable to it and saute it well
- Add all spices and sauce to it and add fried Soya chunks to it and cook for 5 minutes
Mix all the marination ingredients except oil together and set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil.
