  1. Take pan, add soya chunks and boil it for a minute until it becomes soft and then take strainer drain off the water from soya chunks.
  2. Now start marinating the soya chunks. Take a bowl add soya chunks, then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp red chill powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp curd and 2 tbsp oil and add 3 tbsp maida or all-purpose flour. Mix it well and keep aside for 5 mins.
  3. Take a pan fry the marinated soya chunks either deep or shallow fry until soya chunks becomes golden in color.
  4. Take another pan add 2 tbsp of oil.The flame should be on high, now add red chilli or green chilli, add ginger, garlic and toss it for 30 sec. Then add onion, green pepper toss it for 30 sec. Then add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and soya sauce and give it a good mix. Then lastly add the fried soya chunks and mix it well so that all the sauce gets mixed well with soya.
  5. Soya chilli is ready to serve
