The ingredients needed to prepare Chilli Soyabean:
  1. You need 1 Cup soya chunks
  2. Use 3 onions chopped cube shape
  3. You need 3 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
  4. Provide 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  5. Prepare 1 capcicum chopped cube shape
  6. Prepare 1 tomato big size chopped cube shape
  7. Provide 1 tbsp dhaniya powder
  8. Provide 1 tbsp jeera powder
  9. Use 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  10. Get 1 tbsp haldi powder
  11. Prepare to taste Salt and sugar according
  12. Get 1 cup Maida and cornflour for marination
  13. Prepare As required Refine oil for cooking
  14. Use 3 tbsp Chilli and tomato sauce
  15. Prepare 1 tsp White vinegar
  16. Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
Steps to make Chilli Soyabean:
  1. Method of cooking - In a bowl boil water add 1/2 tbsp salt and when water starts boiling add soya chunks. Boil for 5-6 mins. Then drain water & squeeze all excess water from soyabean, Keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl with soyabean mix 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, haldi powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, black pepper powder, and mix well.
  3. Then add maida and cornflour as needed for sticky marination.
  4. In a kadai heat sufficient oil for deep frying & add marinated soyabean. Fry till golden brown. Take it out from kadai & keep aside.
  5. Take another kadai, add oil and fry onion till it becomes transparent then add ginger garlic paste & green chilli paste.
  6. Add capcicum and tomato. Then add 1tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsp chilli tomato sauce and 1tsp vinegar.
  7. Then add salt and sugar according to taste.
  8. Add fried soyabean in the mixture and mix it well then add water for gravy.
  9. In a bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour & mix it well with water as needed.
  10. Then add cornflour mixture into the gravy & stir well cook for few minutes until gravy becomes thick. Serve chilli soyabean with fried rice or paratha.
