- In a bowl mix onion,tomato,chilly,coriander,cumin seed,crushed cottage cheese,red chilly,turmeric,chaat masala.
- Now add flour and make d mixture semi fluid using milk and water. Also add a pinch of baking soda.
- In a non stick pan,heat 1tbsp oil and spread the bater over it like pancakes. Roast til golden brown and serve hot.
