- Put wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.

- Heat a griddle. Grease it with butter and put paratha over it. Roast for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side. Apply butter and flip again. Roast till golden.
