  1. Provide 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  2. Provide 1 capsicum
  3. You need 1 onion
  4. Take 2-3 green chilles
  5. Provide 1 teaspoon garlic

  7. Take as required Cornflour
  8. You need 1 tsp black pepper
  9. You need 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. You need 3 tsp chilli sauce
  11. Take 1 tsp soya sauce

Instructions to make Chilli chana:
  1. Take a bowl add chickpeas sprinkle, some black pepper, salt and toss it well. Then coat it with cornflour by adding cornflour and toss it untill chanas are completely coated.
  2. Heat some oil in the pan and fry chana for 2-3 mins.
  3. Take another pan and add 2-3 tsp oil. Once it is heated add chopped garlic, ginger, onion, green chillies, capsicum and stir fry it for 2 mins on high flame.
  4. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  5. Now add fried chana into pan mix it well untill chanas are coated.
  6. Transfer into bowl and your chana is ready. Garnish it with some spring onion and coriander.
