  1. Use 3 onion finely chopped

  3. Take 1 tbsp dry mango powder, aamchur

Steps to make Pyaz Ki kachori:
  1. In to a mixing bowl add wheat flour, maida,klonji, salt, oil mix it well then add little by little water knead it for 5 min, make a smooth stuff dough cover and rest it for 15 min keep it aside.
  2. Now heat the wok with 1tbsp oil add cumin, green chilies, ginger and finely chopped garlic,pinch asafotida stir it few seconds on medium flame.
  3. Add finely chopped onion saute till it becomes change nice pink colour,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, fennel seeds powder, to taste salt, meat masala powder mix it properly.
  4. Stir it for 2 min on low heat, then reduce the flame and transfer in to a plate keep it aside. Let it cool down completely
  5. Now take a lemon size portion of the prepared dough make a ball shape then press the center and stuff the mixture and close the lid and make a ball shape and flatten with palm
  6. Now drop in to the hot oil and deep fry until cook and nice golden brown colour on medium to high flame,now transfer them tissue paper.
  7. Now reduce the flame, and serve it with green chatuny or tea.
