  3. Mix it well. it should be of binding consistency
  4. Take a small portion from dough round it and flatten it between your palms
  5. In a plate sprinkle semolina. now put flattened cutlet on semolina and slightly press it
  6. Turn upside down and again press
  7. In a nonstick pan add oil and roast all cutlets from both sides till golden brown and crisp
