  1. Chop idlis lengthwise. In thick bottom kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped green chillies, grated ginger, chopped green capsicum and onion pieces. Saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add schezwan chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce and cornflour mixed water. Mix well.
  3. Add chopped idlis pieces,salt to taste and mix gently.
