- Take 250 gms Paneer
- Provide 2 onions
- Take 2 capsicum
- You need 2 tbsp cornflour
- Get 3 tbsp soya sauce
- Take 2 tbsp tomatoe sauce
- You need 2 tsp red chilli sauce
- Take 2 tbsp green chilli sauce
- Provide 5-6 tbsp ginger garlic chopped
- Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Use to taste Salt
- Provide 1 cup greens of spring onions
- Take 2 tsp vinegar or as preferred
- Get 3 green chillies chopped
- You need as needed Oil
Instructions to make Paneer chilli dry:
- In a bowl marinate paneer with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and cornflour. Add little water.
- Heat gud amount of oil to fry the Paneer. When little brown remove from gas and keep on a tissue so that excess oil is absorbed.
- Now in another vessel, heat oil, add ginger garlic finely chopped, green chillies cut into slits, diced onions. Don't over cook.
- Now add the diced capsicum, greens of spring onions chopped.
- Mix well, just give one toss. Now add all the sauces one by one. Mix well.
