  11. Get OTHER INGREDIENTS:
  12. Use 4 tsp oil
  13. Provide 3 clove garlic, chopped
  14. Use 1 green chilli
  15. Take 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  16. Use 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  17. You need 10 cubes capsicum
  18. Use 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  19. You need 1 tbsp vinegar
  20. Take 1 tbsp soy sauce
  21. You need 1 tsp chilli sauce
  22. Provide 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  23. You need 1/4 tsp salt
  24. Provide FOR CORN FLOUR SLURRY:

Steps to make Soyabean chilli:
  1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli on high flame. - also, saute 2 tbsp onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.
  2. Further, add 10 cubes capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour. - additionally, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
  3. Mix well and saute for a minute. - add cornflour slurry and mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy.additionally, add fried soya chunks and mix well.
  4. Finally, transfer soya chilli to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. serve with fried rice.
