- You need 1 Cup soya chunks
- Get 3 onions chopped cube shape
- Prepare 3 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
- Get 2 tsp Green chilli paste

- Prepare 1 tbsp dhaniya powder

- Take 1 cup Maida and cornflour for marination

Instructions to make Chilli Soyabean:
- Method of cooking - In a bowl boil water add 1/2 tbsp salt and when water starts boiling add soya chunks. Boil for 5-6 mins. Then drain water & squeeze all excess water from soyabean, Keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl with soyabean mix 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, haldi powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, black pepper powder, and mix well.
- Then add maida and cornflour as needed for sticky marination.
- In a kadai heat sufficient oil for deep frying & add marinated soyabean. Fry till golden brown. Take it out from kadai & keep aside.
- Take another kadai, add oil and fry onion till it becomes transparent then add ginger garlic paste & green chilli paste.
- Add capcicum and tomato. Then add 1tbsp soya sauce, 3 tbsp chilli tomato sauce and 1tsp vinegar.
- Then add salt and sugar according to taste.
- Add fried soyabean in the mixture and mix it well then add water for gravy.
- In a bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour & mix it well with water as needed.
- Then add cornflour mixture into the gravy & stir well cook for few minutes until gravy becomes thick. Serve chilli soyabean with fried rice or paratha.
