- Provide 150 gms Soya chunks
- You need 5 tbsp cooking oil
- You need 1 onion diced
- Use 1 capsicum diced
- Use 1 TSP ginger garlic paste

- Provide 2 tbsp cornflour
- You need 2 tbsp Soya sauce

- Firstly soak soya chunks in water and add salt and boil for 3/4 mins
- Remove extra water from chunks and shift in another container
- Now add spices, ginger garlic paste, cornflour,curd and 1 tbsp oil to the chunks and mix well
- Fry this masala coated chunks on low to med flame
- Heat oil in a kadia and add capsicum,onion and spices and mix well and cook for 2 mins
- Now add fried Soya chunks into the kadia,add sauces and mix well,cover and cook on low heat for 8/10 mins
- Transfer onto a serving bowl.
