- Cook after boil add rice and cook 80% and drain well water then take a pan add 2 tbs oil and rice layer and masala layer brown onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves sprinkle and repeat the same layer again, then add fish pieces, brown onion, mint, coriander leaves, lemon juice, grind garam masala sprinkle, 4 tbsp spoon milk, 2 tbsp rose water and keep of full flame 10 minutes and 20 minutes slow flame.
