- Prepare 2 Eggs
- Take 10 cm Japanese leek (finely chopped)
- Use 3 bowls Hot cooked white rice
- You need 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- You need 2 tsp Garlic soy sauce
- Prepare 1 Pepper

- Finely slice the Japanese leek. Beat the egg with a little salt. Chop up the kimchi and drain out the juice.
