- First you peel off the banana then cut it into round shape, put into the water..
- Drain the water then mix ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt mix it well..
- Take a pan add oil then fry banana for 1min on both the sides then add 1spoon water and let it cook for 5min…
- Take another pan add oil then add fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds saute.. Add curry leaves..
- Add onion fry for 1 min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1 min then add tomato fry till it soft..
- Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt fry for 1 min..
- Add 1/2 cup water when it starts boiling add banana and then tamarind pulp after 1/2min.
- Turn off the flame, raw banana masala is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves……
Remove the raw bananas from the cooker after the pressure releases and peel them. Grate the boiled raw bananas and remove the inner black portion of the bananas.
