  1. In a mixing bowl take dry coconut powder, coriander leaves, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, lemon juice and mix well. add little oil (around 1/2 tsp) and keep aside till the masala is absorbed nicely (approx 10 minutes).

If you keep tossing it upside down it may break.
