The ingredients needed to make Dry Chilli Chicken:
- Prepare 1 kg chicken
- Take 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Get 1 tsp black pepper
- Prepare 3 tbsp soya sauce
- Provide 1 tbsp lehsan paste
- You need as needed Salt
- You need 2 small onion
- Take 5 ginger slices
- Use 12-15 green chillies (cut straight)

- First of all cut chicken, chillies, onion and put aside.
- Now take oil in a pan, add oil and heat it. Add onion and Cook for 2 minutes. Then add green chillies and ginger and wait until it cooked. Then take it out and keep aside.
- Now to the same pan add more oil and add chicken and garlic paste and wait until it slightly change it's colour.
- Then add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice and wait until it cook properly. Then add the already cooked onion, green chillies and ginger.
