The ingredients needed to make Chicken Chilli Dry:
- Provide 1 kg Chicken Bone / Boneless
- Take 1 packet Cornflour
- Use 1 tspn Red chilli power
- Take Salt
- Use Oil
- You need 1 tspn Ginger garlic paste
- Use Green chilli chopped
- Provide 3 - 4 Green capsicum - Square pieces
- Take 1/2 tspn Salt Ajinomoto Chinese -
- Provide 3 - 4 Onions chopped Square pieces
- You need 3 - 4 Tomatoes chopped - Square pieces
- Provide Coriander leaves
- Use 1 tspn Tomato sauce
- Take 1 tspn Soy sauce
- You need 1 tspn Chilly sause
Instructions to make Chicken Chilli Dry:
- Marinate the Chicken using Cornflour, Red Chilli power and Salt. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour fry the Chicken pieces until they are brown and keep them on tissue paper to absorb the extra oil.
- Heat some oil in other vessel, add chopped capsicum, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and let it fry for 5 mins. Add Salt.
- Once the above is done add soy sauce and then add the fried chicken. Also add chinese salt and cook it for another 5-10 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and onions. Cook for 5 mins.
- Tomatoes and Onions should not be fully cooked.
- Add Tomato sauce and Chilli sauce. Once Chicken is nicely coated with sauce switch off the stove.
- Garnish it with Coriander leaves
Mix all ingredients except green chillis,oil and onion. Remove lid and fry until dry. Serve with rice or naan and a cooling raita. Heat oil in a wok adds crushed garlic with all the seasoning and sauces, add vegetables and fried chicken, toss and remove.
