  1. First for making Rawa idli–in a bowl add semolina, curd,and salt mix well..And keep it to rest for 15 min.
  2. After that add baking soda and mix well.(batter should be thick).Heat a steamer..Grease each mould with little oil…And pour tbsp of batter in each mould..And cook for 10 -15 min.
  3. Meanwhile in a bowl add all chopped veggies, sweet corn,chilli flakes, oragano,mayo and mix well.
  4. After cooling…slit all idli in two parts..As shown in the pic.
  5. Now take a piece of idli..First Spread pizza sauce…Then add prepared topping of veggies..Then add a layer of grated cheese..Then sprinkle some chilli flakes/oragano..And cook for 1 min in microwave..Or till cheese melts.
