- In nonstick pan heat oil add ginger garlic and saute for 1 min, add chopped vegetables, increase the flame and stir fry veggies on a medium to high flameon 2-3minutes.

- Add tomato ketchup and mix well. add schezwan sauce amd mix. add soy sauce, 2 tbsp water mix and bring to a boil.
