- Wash dry soya chunks in water then boil for 5 mints adding salt.Strain water and wash the soya chunks in cold water.Sqeeze out water fully
- Heat oil in a pan.Add cinnamon pieces.Then add sliced onion,crushed ginger,garlic, small onion and coconut bites.Saute till the raw smell goes and the
- Onion turns light brown.Add capsicum also and saute for few more seconds.The simmer the flame and add all the spice powders.
- Saute well.Now add the sauces and cooked soya.Mix everything well.Add more salt if needed.Keep in low flame and cook for
