The ingredients needed to cook Pork Dry Fry:
- Provide 250 gm Pork Meat
- Use 1 Large onion
- Use 1 small Capsicum
- Use 2 spicy Red Chilli
- Get 2-3 Green Chilli
- Use 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- Provide 1 tsp tomato sauce
- Prepare 2 tsp lemon juice
- Take to taste Salt
Instructions to make Pork Dry Fry:
- First clean the pork meat and boil it. Add Salt and Turmeric during boil and drain the water after boiling it.
- Now cut the onions in pulp and capsicums into pieces. Separate a small part of onion and chop finely.
- In a hot pan add 4 tsp of mustard oil and add finely chopped onions to it. Fry till it turns into golden brown then add both the red chilli
- Now add Ginger Garlic paste and stir till it done nicely then add Onion and Capsicums to it and saute for 2 mins in low flame
- Now add the pork meat to it. Add salt, Garam masala and Kashmiri mirch powder and cook till the meat nicely done.
- Finally add 1 tsp Tomato sauce, Green Chillies and 2 tsp lemon juice to make it little khatta meetha flavour. Mix it well and off the flame.
- Note : You can add any Masala on it as you like.
For pan-frying, bone-in pork chops are best because the bone helps the chop retain moisture and also imparts flavor to the meat. Pan-frying uses high, direct heat to cook. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. First, make sure to pat the pork dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
