- Make mixture of dahi with haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder and salt, keep aside.
- In a big tawa or wok heat some butter and oil, add ginger garlic paste fry for few sec than put chicken and cook till dries
- In another pan add remaining oil saute onions till soft and pinkish, add chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft and mushy.
- When chicken changes color, add dahi mixture and cook for 65mins than add the onion tomatoes mixture,keep on stirring.
- Cover and cook for few mins and add green chillies, dry methi, some dhania and 1/2tsp garam masala. Put on dum covered to infuse all for few mins
- If everything is well bhunified and cooked its ready, add few drops of lemon juice and dhania. A very yummilicious quick Tawa chicken is ready. Serve with chapati or naan
