  1. At first marinate the washed mutton with onion slices(1/2 portion of the quantity) ginger garlic paste (1/2) turmeric powder,red chilli Powder raw papaya paste and oil.keep it for atleast 2 hours.

  6. Keep it on a low heat with a lid on it
  7. Keep stirring so that it will not burn
  8. Finally when the mutton starts to leave oil add warm water and cover it for 20 -30 mnts
