  1. Use 250 gm Pork Meat
  2. Prepare 1 Large onion
  3. Take 1 small Capsicum
  4. Provide 2 spicy Red Chilli
  5. You need 2-3 Green Chilli
  6. Get 1 tsp Garam Masala
  7. Provide 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  9. Take 1 tsp tomato sauce
  10. Get 2 tsp lemon juice
  11. Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Pork Dry Fry:
  1. First clean the pork meat and boil it. Add Salt and Turmeric during boil and drain the water after boiling it.
  2. Now cut the onions in pulp and capsicums into pieces. Separate a small part of onion and chop finely.
  3. In a hot pan add 4 tsp of mustard oil and add finely chopped onions to it. Fry till it turns into golden brown then add both the red chilli
  4. Now add Ginger Garlic paste and stir till it done nicely then add Onion and Capsicums to it and saute for 2 mins in low flame
  5. Now add the pork meat to it. Add salt, Garam masala and Kashmiri mirch powder and cook till the meat nicely done.
  6. Finally add 1 tsp Tomato sauce, Green Chillies and 2 tsp lemon juice to make it little khatta meetha flavour. Mix it well and off the flame.
  7. Note : You can add any Masala on it as you like.
