  1. Take 140 g (2 packs) Noodles
  2. Provide 1/2 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers (cut in strips)

  1. Cook noodles until soft and set aside. Heat up vegetable oil in a work or pan. Season the beef with black pepper and seasoning and stir fry until soft. Add the sausage and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add onions, garlic paste, pepper and stir fry for a minute. Add the bell peppers, carrot, sauce mix (chilli, soy & oyster sauce) add a little bit of seasoning if necessary.
