Steps to make Tikki Chaat:
  1. Mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Gri d bread slices in a mixer and make a powder and mix in potatoes. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and kasuri methi and mix and make a dough.
  2. Now take a portion of dough and make equal size balls. Flatten balls in round tikkis.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick griddle. Place tikkis and shallow fry till crispie golden brown from both sides.
  4. Decoration : Place 2 tikkis in a plate. Crush it with your hands.
  5. Keep curd and chutneys ready.
  6. Add curd, green and red chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and sev and serve.
