- Use 2 cups Soya granules
- Provide 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- Use 1 tbsp besan

Steps to make Soya Tikki:
- Soak the Soya granules in water for fifteen minutes. Then take it to a sieve and squeeze the water completely.
- Dry roast the besan on a low flame till it changes the colour slightly.
- Transfer Soya granules to a bowl. Add bread crumbs, salt dhaniya powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, gigner-garlic paste, besal to it. Combine everything well.
- Take small portion from the prepared mixture and form a round tikki. Prepare other tikikis feom the remaining mixture in similar way. If you find that it is not binding properly, add some more breadcrumbs to it.
- Shellow fry it on griddle using little oil. Let it get cooked from both the sides.
- Serve it with chutney or dip of your choice.
