  2. Use 9 tbsp corn flour
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  4. Prepare 3 green chillies chopped

Instructions to make Chilli Chana:
  1. Take boiled chana in a bowl and add 3-4 tbsp of corn flour on it and toss it until the chanas are fully coated.
  2. Then transfer the chanas into another bowl and add splash of 2-3 tbsp of water and toss well. Then again add 4-5 tbsp of corn flour and toss them again until chanas are fully coated.
  3. Then deep fry the chanas on high flame until golden and crispy. Then keep them aside.
  4. Then in a pan add oil and add green chillies garlic onion and capsicum then cook them until translucent. Then add all the seasonings and the sauces. Mix well. And cook for 2 -3 mins until you smell smoky flavour then add water to it.
  5. Then make corn flour and water paste and mix well. Then add the corn flour slurry in the sauce and add a little slurry at a time until the sauce is thickned.
  6. Then add chanas to the sauce and mix well until well coated.
