  1. In Suji add curd and water and make batter for idli… Keep it 4 to 5 hours aside
  2. Take a pan add oil and rai in it after crackle it add both the dal in it and leaves.. Now add this tadka in idli batter and add salt in it… mix it properly if needed water than add.. Add eno in it mix well
  3. Now put the pot of water on gas and grease the plates and fill it with batter..now put it in pot.. Steam idli for 15 minutes..
