  1. Prepare 2 lb Ground beef or beef stew meat
  2. You need 1 large Onion (I use sweet)
  3. Get 1 large Green bell pepper
  4. You need 3 clove Garlic - minced
  5. Provide 2 can 8 ounce tomato sauce
  6. Get 1 can 6 ounce tomato paste
  7. Get 1 can 14.5 ounce diced tomatoes

Instructions to make Beer Chili:
  1. Brown ground beef/beef stew meat in a large pot and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder
  2. While browning meat: in another pan heat olive oil (about 2 teaspoons) and add diced green pepper and diced onion. Cook until translucent and then add garlic, cook another 2 minutes. Add to ground beef/beef stew meat pot.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat to a simmer or transfer to a crockpot.
  4. The longer it cooks the better it is!!!
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onions. Or whatever is your favorite. ENJOY!!!
