- Provide 500 gms baby potatoes
- You need 3/4 cup chopped onion

- In a pressure cooker add baby potatoes, salt and very little amount of of water.
- Cover the lid and cook until three whistles. Peel off the skin.
- Now fry the potatoes until it's light brown in colour.
- In a kadai, add oil and asafoetida. Now add the ginger garlic paste and let it sauté for a minute or 2.
- Now add onions and let it cook for 5 minutes. Once onion are cooked, add tomato pure. Now add chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala and salt as per taste.
- When is the gravy is ready, add the fried potatoes. Mix well. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let's make chutney. In a bowl add jaggery and lemon juice. Let the jaggery dissolve. Now add little water, chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
- Chilli garlic potato are ready to serve. Serve it with fryums or stuffed in paav and chutney.
Add chilli flakes , salt and cornflour. Add garlic & salt and saute until the garlic is light brown in color. Add soy sauce, hot chilli sauce, vinegar & cornstarch mixture. Add boiled potatoes & red chilli flakes. Mix well & cook till the sauce becomes thick enough to coat the potatoes.
