  3. For gravy: heat oil in a kadhai… add bay leaves, cloves and crushed black cardamom. Add in the onion paste. Quickly fry till it changes colour. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry.
  4. Then beat curd and add. Along with it add all the powder masala and cook till the oil is released.. then add a little water and dip in all the koftas one by one. Stir then cover the lid for around 10 mins on low flame. Let the koftas absorb all the flavours from the gravy.
  5. Then garnish with some cream, slit green chillies and chopped coriander.
