- Beat one egg, add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1teaspoon of black pepper, a little amount of salt, and cornflour.
- Mix it very well. You may add more cornflakes if required. Note that too much of cornflour can make it rubber-like balls.
- Roast the dry red chillies in a wok and grind it with your fingers to get the chilli flakes. Dip it in the vinegar for a while.
- Heat some oil in a wok, deep fry the soyabeans and keep it aside.
- In the same wok, heat some oil if required.
- Add the chopped onion and saute it for a while. After you can see a light brown colour, add the capsicum.
- Add some salt and saute it well.
- Cover it in between.
- After the capsicum has become soft, add the ginger and garlic paste.
- Fry them well.
- Add the vinegar mixture that was prepared above.
- Add the soya sauce and tomato ketchup.
- Saute everything well.
- Add the fried soyabean balls.
- Mix them well.
- Add 1 cup of water for the gravy.
- Mix them well and bring it to boil.
- Check the salt and add if required. You may also add some more tomato ketchup if required.
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of cornflour with 2 tablespoon of water and add it. This will make the gravy thicker. Add rest of the black pepper mix it well.
- After you get the desired consistency of the gravy, remove it from the flame and serve hot with fried rice.
