  2. Take 2 cups Wheat flour
  3. Use 1 tsp Oil
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Salt

  8. Provide 1 Capsicum (cut in cubes)

Instructions to make Soya Chilli Kathi Roll:
  1. Soak soya chunks in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Squeeze water from soya chunks and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry soaked soya chunks till golden in colour.
  4. Heat oil in a nonstick kadhai and put garlic ginger paste.
  5. Sauté for a minute and add onion and capsicum cubes.
  6. Add garam masala and salt and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes, then add fried soya chunks.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes and add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
  8. Mix all well and cook on high flame till it becomes dry.
  9. Knead a soft dough from wheat flour, salt and oil with adding water.
  10. Make lemon size balls and roll out chapatis.
  11. Cook chapatis on tawa from both sides with 1 tsp oil.
  12. Mix chat masala in sliced onion and keep aside.
  13. Apply tomato ketchup on fried chapatis and keep soya chilli on it.
  14. Put some chat masala mixed onion slices and roll it with help of aluminium foil.

Toast both side in medium flame until golden brown. Add few sliced onions and cilantro on top. roll the sides up to the middle. Add salt, pepper powder, garam masala and red chilli powder. Lastly, add the tomato fingers and mix lightly. Remove from fire. * To assemble the kathi roll, take one roomali roti.
