- Provide 1 bowl Palak leaves , finely chopped
- You need 1 Tomato

- Cut and clean palak leaves wash it and drain water. Take pan heat on the gas add oil or ghee, add jeera crackle them add hing now add lahsun saute them, add palak leaves and stir add salt, haldi, cook without lid don't cover lid. After sometimes add tomato peas and cook again add Lal Mirchi powder mix it. At last add dhaniya powder mix and cook when palak and tomato gets soft Garnish with fresh Coriander
