The ingredients needed to cook Chilli Chicken Dry:
  1. You need 500 gm Boneless chicken(Chopped in to cubes)
  2. Take 1 Egg
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  4. Use 1 tbsp Vinegar
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. You need to taste Salt
  7. Use 1 tsp Soya sauce
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  9. Get 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  10. You need 2 tbsp Cornflour
  11. Get 1.5 tbsp Maida / all purpose flour
  12. Get as needed Oil for frying
  13. Use 2 Medium Onion– (chopped as cubes)
  14. Use 1 Medium Capsicum – (chopped as cubes)
  15. Use 3/4 Green Chilli–(cut in to long piece)
  16. You need as needed Spring onion– Cut in to small pieces(to garnish)
Steps to make Chilli Chicken Dry:
  1. Marinate cubic chicken pieces with Egg,Pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, Salt, 1/2 tap soya sauce… Mix it well…Refrigerate it for 15 minutes… After 15 minutes take out the marinated chicken from refrigerator and mix it with maida and cornflour…
  2. Pour oil in a pan,deep fry the chicken pieces and keep it aside..Then take little oil in another pan and saute chopped onion, green chilli and capsicum for some time,pour little salt to it,Then mix it with three sauces(soya, chilli and tomato) and stir it well..
  3. Finally add fried chicken pieces and garnish it with spring onions (optional)… your chilli chicken is ready to eat now..
