  1. Use 500 gms chicken small cubes
  2. Use 2 tablespoon cornflour
  3. Take 1 egg
  4. Take 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. Get 1 teaspoon ginger chopped finely

Instructions to make Dry Chilli Chicken:
  1. Marinate the chicken with vinegar, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt and half of the black pepper. Keep it aside for at least 1hour.
  2. Beat the egg and add the cornflour. Add more cornflour if required.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken. Pieces. In the beginning make the oil smoking hot. Then add the chicken pieces. Lower the flame so that it gets cooked from inside. Then increase the flame to make it golden brown. Keep it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add some more oil if required. Add the chopped ginger and garlic.

  10. Saute it well and keep it covered for sometime so that the sauce penetrates inside the chicken.
  11. Add the black pepper, mix it well. Remove it from the flame.
