  2. Then place a cheese slice over it.
  3. Cover it with tomato slices.
  4. Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes according to taste.
  5. Place one more cheese slice over it.
  6. Cover the sandwich with another bread slice.
  7. Heat butter in a tawa or pan on low medium heat.
  8. Place the sandwich on heated tawa. Press it slightly.
  9. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame so that cheese melts properly.
  10. Apply butter on the other side of the sandwich.
  11. Flip it over, press it slightly. Cover it again and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame. Till it turns crisp and golden in colour.
