  1. Prepare 200 gm rava/suji
  2. Prepare 100 gm curd/dahi
  3. You need 1 onion chopped
  4. Get 1 cube amul cheese
  5. Get 3 tsp tandoori mayo

  7. Provide 5 curry leaves
  8. You need 1 tsp chopped coriander
  9. You need to taste salt

  1. Mix rava, dahi, salt and pepper in a bowl. add water to make a dosa batter. let it rest for 10 mins.
  2. Make thick dosas on dosa tawa. drizzle some oil and cook from both sides. do not make it crisp otherwise it will be difficult to roll them. keep aside.
  3. Filling: heat butter in a pan. add curry leaves and saute the onions. add this to a bowl with tandoori mayo, grated cheese, chopped coriander and chopped chilli. mix well.
