- Use 1 medium boil potato
- Get 1 medium dices potato
- Take 1 tbs garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tbs Chilliflakes or green chilli paste
- Use 1 cube cheese
- Prepare Salt
- Provide Chatmasala
- Use 4 tbs chat masala
- You need 1/2 cuo bread crumbs
Instructions to make Potato bites:
- Take 1 medium size potato and chopped in in a small cubes.. It should be very small. Boil it in a water for 5 minutes. Add a very little amount of salt..Cook it 60% only.
- In a bowl mash boil potato. Add chopped potato. Garlic paste, chilliflakes or green chilli paste, salt,chatmasala, and corn flour.. Mix well. Grate 1 cube of cheese in it and mix well
- Take some oil and make roll of mixture. Cut it into 2 inch roll. And keep in a fridge for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl mix 2 tbs of cornflour and 4 tbs od water. Mix well. Add small nuggets in cornflour slurry and rub in bread crumbs. Press from all the sides so breadcrumbs can stick well.. Keep in a refrigerator for min 1 hour.
- After 1 hour fry it in a medium hot oil till it becomes golden brown.
Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Butter-flavor nonstick cooking spray gives these bites a flavor boost and a nice golden color. Assemble the potato balls and arrange them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cover them with plastic wrap; refrigerate for several hours. To serve, uncover and spray the balls with butter-flavor nonstick cooking spray.
