- Deep fry the coated chana in hot oil. Stir and fry till the golden brown and crisp.once fried, remove the chana from oil and drain the excess oil.
- Take another pan and add about 2 tsp oil add finely chopped garlic and ginger and chopped green chillies soute few seconds now add onion and capsicums to the pan and sauté for 2 mins.
- Now add black pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the pan.mix well.
- Dissolve 2 tsp cornflour in 3 tbsp water and add it to the pan.Mix well and cook on high heat for a while. This will thicken the sauce.
- Now add fried chana and mix well until the chana are properly coated.
- Transfer the contents of the pan into a bowl. Chilli chana is ready to serve. Hot and yummy.
